Dear,
we found out a discrepancy between SLA requirements in Appendix D and Appendix F (please find attached).
Can you please confirm the correct SLA requirements are in Appendix F? Appendix D contains right SLA.

The discrepancy has been removed by changes in Appendix F. We uploaded a corrected version of Appendix F (6.1.5) with right SLA, which shall be as follows:
