12.1 Can you confirm that office space for on-site support and storage space is provided by the airport?
Storage space will be provided by the airport, office space has to be rented by the supplier from the airport.

12.2 Will the airport provide a dedicated helpdesk for field service?

The airport runs its IT helpdesk for all IT related issues. This is the single point of contact for all users. If the issue is related to CUPPS/CUSS, it will contact the on-site/filed service team and assign the task to them.
